Our Journey to 10,000

When Nate Watkins founded Troy Technologies, he started with a simple goal, to make a slim, contemporary, and comfortable wheelchair - since then this goal has grown & changed, and now we are on a mission to make a difference in 10,000 lives with our wheelchairs. But why specifically 10,000?

Well, it's not just a number to us. What starts with 10,000 chairs becomes so much more. It’s countless moments of dignity and independence being restored. It's every moment of connection and joy that we are able to bring back through increased mobility. It’s more than just the 10,000 chairs, but the innumerable lives touched through those chairs. 

Behind every wheelchair we provide is a unique story. Someone who is looking to reclaim their independence and continue to live life to the fullest. Families & friends who are able to rest easy knowing that their loved one is comfortable and secure. A wheelchair user who is able to finally live comfortably in their own home with the aid of a narrow wheelchair that removes everyday obstacles.
