The adult wheelchair, travel wheelchair and power scooter market is full of cheap, low quality, uncomfortable imports. Most of these wheelchairs are unfit for long-term use or rugged conditions. It can be more than just an inconvenience to have your travel chair break down far from repair or replacement parts and facilities.
At Troy Technologies, we set out to offer you something better. All of our designs undergo hundreds of hours of accelerated fatigue testing. We put our wheelchair designs through a brutal testing process so we can meet our obligation to you and provide you with lightweight travel wheelchair products of the highest quality and greatest safety.

OUR STORY
Troy Technologies, Inc. has helped individuals and families with limited mobility live full, productive lives since 2007. Our unique wheelchairs are assembled in California by skilled technicians who are passionate about their craft and making life better for people and their caregivers. Troy Technologies’ highly trained customer service team is on call to answer product-related questions and to help customers select the product that is right for them.

OUR POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we will provide a full refund (on most products, see below).
To qualify for a return, please note the following:
Product must be clean, unused and in its original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Items must be returned within 30 days
Wheelchair standards have been created to provide reliable and consistent information about the performance of wheelchairs. This standardization process eliminates inconsistencies between different manufacturers and also provides requirements that these manufacturers must meet in wheelchair safety standards.
