Troy Technologies, Inc. warrants to the original retail purchaser of the Troy Technologies product, that if any part thereof proves functionally defective in material or workmanship within the specified warranty period, such defective part will be repaired or replaced (at Troy Technologies' discretion) free of charge. Warranty service may be performed by an authorized service center or (at Troy Technologies' discretion) the factory.

Warranty Period: Soft goods - One year; Hardware - Lifetime 

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident or misuse.

To exercise this limited warranty, the user should first obtain a Return Authorization Number from Troy Technologies' customer service. The product must be delivered charges pre-paid (UPS recommended) to the factory or to an authorized service center, together with a copy of the original invoice, the Return Authorization Number and a written description of the problem.

This limited warranty excludes any claim for incidental or consequential damages. Any implied warranty applicable is limited to the duration of this written warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. So the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face thereof.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

Question: How can I be sure that they will work with my wheelchair?
Answer: The Handle Extender was designed to work on a wide range of products. If you are still not sure, our friendly customer service can help! Call or email us with the make and model of your wheelchair and we will confirm the compatibility.

Question: How easy are they to put on and take off?
Answer: The Handle Extenders are designed to be quickly applied and removed as needed. There are no tools needed, they simply clamp on to your wheelchair.

Question: Are the clamps metal or plastic?
Answer: The clamps are made of tempered steel and then coated in a non-slip vinyl. They are designed to firmly grip onto your wheelchair without damaging it.

Question: Will these Handle extenders work with my baby stroller?
Answer: This product is designed to work on both wheelchairs and strollers. Of course, there are so many different types of strollers available that it may not work with every design. Basically speaking, if there is an area of exposed tubing near the top of the stroller, than the Handle extenders will probably work! Please email us with the brand and model of stroller you have and we can give you a firm "yes", or "no".

Question: Why is there an option to purchase a second set of clamps? Is it sturdy enough with just one set?
Answer: If you intend to use this product on paved surfaces then one set of clamps will be just fine. But, if you intend to go through tall grass or up and down steep ramps and stairs, then you may wish to get the second set of clamps for added security.

Question: My wheelchair has hand brakes. Will these handle extenders interfere with them?
Answer: No. The Handle Extenders were designed to work around wheelchair hand brakes.

Question: How long will it take to ship?
Answer: All orders ship within 48 hours via UPS Ground service. The time it will take in transit will vary according to where it is shipped. Expedited shipments are available upon request. International shipments vary depending on the distribution arrangements within each country.

Question: Will my insurance pay for this product?
